Let's meet our staff

IICE was founded by our president, Jeremy D. Eby in September 2004. Jeremy realized the need for high quality Conductive Education in the United States of America, and decided to help children and families by creating our company.

    Erika Bartos
is a Hungarian Conductor,
who attended the International Peto Institute in Budapest, Hungary from 1996 to 2000. She completed her training in working with children and adults with various motor disabilities (cerebral palsy, Parkinson disease, multiple sclerosis, etc.) and graduated from the Peto Institute in 2000 as a certified conductor/ teacher. During her college experience she worked privately for families with children with CP in England and in Hungary. She also worked for the National Institute for Conductive Education in Birmingham, England as a teacher/conductor in their school age class during the summer of 2001. She came to the States later in 2001. She started to work in Minnesota than later on in South Carolina as Conductor-Teacher and Program Director.
Erika also serves as Director of Communication on the Board of the
Association for Conductive Education in North America (ACENA).

After coming to the States, Peter Bartos volunteered to assist his wife in the class. After the foundation of IICE, he also took responsibility of administrative duties, and he is currently the Executive Director of our company.

Our staff is small, but effective. We also would like to express our appreciation to everyone who continuously helps and supports us on our road.
